Howard is such a pleasure to work with. Always shows up when he says he’s going to (which can be hard to come by in my experience) and always does an outstanding job. Very responsive to any issues and always follows up. Quick and effective, while also personable and extremely kind. You can tell he really cares. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I used Paul's years ago at a different property and was impressed by the effectiveness of the treatments and friendliness of the technician. The same person came to do the treatments each time, which was nice. Now, I am in need of pest control at a different property, so I gave Paul's a call. Amanda took the time to learn about my specific situation and concerns. The technician in my area called me about 10 minutes later and scheduled an initial visit for the next day. I get a sense of honesty and fairness from them both and feel as though we are in good hands.
